I have requested several to have documentation about what my student loan payment. I have been on an XXXX plan for 8 years and because it is showing as XXXX on the credit report the mortgage company doesnt believe that I have a payment plan. The mortgage company is trying to come up with their own payment which is placing me out of debt to income ratio. I called several times requesting a statement from XXXX and have yet to receive anything. The mortgage lender is assuming that XXXX is there because of the Covid forbearance which I was not on.
