I have reached out about a missing payment that wasnt applied. No one got ahold of me : they didnt get my information on the lawsuit when I am supposed to be part of it. They ran my credit 4 times when I was approved for the loan multiple times. Made me sign a whole new contract. Didnt reimburse for the extended warranty that should have been able to be used. Sold a car that was defective. They have also called me from XXXX to XXXX 7 days a week after being on the do not call register. After I asked no to be contacted over 200 times in a week. Ran my credit innocorecty and reported to the wrong creditors
