I have unauthorized transactions on my Chase business account. Chase never investigated the claims and closed the dispute in less than 3 days. Chase refused to provide documents on what they used to determine those charges were valid. I was told they dont have any because none were used. Under federal law an account review isnt an investigation. They were supposed to submit documents to the business and request evidence that can be used to investigate the claim. My card was stolen. I was out of the country when these transactions took place. No way I couldve been in two places at once.
