My wife and I both have XXXX accounts with Old National Bank. The funds have been invested in various mutual funds for several years. Earlier this month ( XXXX ) we became aware that Old National Bank is in the process of selling its XXXX business to XXXX XXXX XXXX with an expected closing in the XXXX Quarter of this year. We have no concern with this sale/transfer of our accounts EXCEPT that if the transfer means automatic liquidation of our funds with a subsequent transfer of cash to XXXX we will likely involuntarily be forced to accept investment losses. This is not acceptable. We saved for years and want to control as much as we can when to liquidate our investment holdings. On XX/XX/XXXX I informed Old National Bank of our concern using the secure message option on their website. They assigned a ticket number XXXX to our case. Today I see that our request was simply ignored ; " This ticket has been closed '' took place XX/XX/XXXX without any response whatsoever. We have not been able to locate any information about this sale on Old National Banks ' website.
