Hello so apparently I had a wire fraud on my checking account on XX/XX/XXXX for the amount of XXXX plus XXXX for the wire fee. I noticed the charge online and contacted my bank. They conveniently closed the account before the weekend so whatever money was left I had no access to. They went on and said I have to open a new checking account and transfer the funds from the old account to the new account. I am still waiting for the rest of the funds they are holding against my will. They say they can hold it for up to 90 days, but they say there was no fraud on my end. I recently moved. I explained to them that I live alone, I am in XXXX I pay rent, and all my bills and food. All on me and that you can't hold my money. Now when I try to call the phone gets disconnected or they say, still investigating the issue.
