On XX/XX/2022 three unauthorized transactions were made online using my debit card account. Those transactions were made on XXXX XXXX Transaction # 1 - {$120.00} Transaction # 2 - {$63.00} Transaction # 3 - {$25.00} I didnt get any notification from Chase letting me know about these transactions. I got just one text message for a transaction # 4 - {$63.00} I declined this transaction, and I called the Chase Customer Service to dispute these charges. The opened a Dispute Case to resolve this issue. I cancelled my debit card and Chase sent me a new card. Also, I got an email from Chase letting me know that XXXX XXXX was added into my wallet. I declined this action because I dont have XXXX XXXX. I informed Chase about this fraud as well. On XX/XX/2022, Chase got reversed these money from my account and took {$210.00} I called Chase Dispute Service and I asked why this money was reversed from my account and they said that they couldnt prove these transactions were fraudulent. I explained that I didnt make these transactions. They said that I need to prove ithow I can prove something like that? I just got ONE text message notification and one email, nothing else. I went to Chase and talked to the manager. He was very helpful and called Dispute Service Team. He got the same answers, that I need to prove I didnt make these transactions. Chase dont want to collaborate with me. They took {$210.00} out of my account, and I didnt make these transactions. Also, I called the Compliance number, and I got the same answer. They say I need to fax documents that proves I didnt make those transactions, when I asked what documents they said we dont know. I am very frustrated!!!
