I have tried to call Aidvantage customer service to cancel a consolidation loan application for 5 days straight. I have sat on hold for a total of XXXX hours. I have emailed them and have not heard back. I requested XXXX call backs. They will call me back and put me on hold. I have yet to speak to a human being. According to their website, this is the only way to cancel my application. The latest call back was scheduled for 24 hours in advance and they still put me on hold. I can not resolve my issue.
