Hello- I have been a Chase Sapphire card user for over 7 years. Almost always pay my card off every month and never late. About two weeks ago my wife was at the store and told me her card was being declined. I immediately logged on to Chase to check on the card and seen that it was stating the account was closed and I never closed the account. I immediately called customer service because I was concerned about fraud and could not get resolution. I was transferred 2x then hung up on. I tried twice more the same day and had the same scenario play out. I tried two days later to call and still was not able to get an answer and felt it was discriminatory in nature. The only answer I could get was it was " bank policy '' for the cancellation. I still have yet to get resolution on this and it has been extremely frustrating especially having been a good customer over the years.
