Case # XXXX I urge CFPB investigate into the internal operations of CitiBank 's executive office. CitiBank has failed to handle all my earlier complaints appropriately. In fact in response to my last complaint ref : XXXX the citibank 's executive representative called me and told me he does not understand my complaint. My previous complaint was very much straight forward but because these people are scumbags at citi 's executive office they called me and said they do not understand my complaint. When none of their tricks worked to get past my previous complaint, the citibank 's executive XXXX sent me an email stating, " we ask that you please interact with our branch staff and Contact Center agents in an appropriate and professional manner. '' When they realized that my earlier complaint were indeed not handled appropriately, they put the whole blame on me. There is nothing executive about these operators, these people at citi bank 's executive office are a one hundred percent certified XXXX
