I have filled two previous complaints with this company. I'm sure you can go back and look. On going problems with the system and how they handle everything. I have invested over XXXX dollars in your refurbished product, IT ISNT FREE!!! Or a courtesy from the state of New York. I called JPay that of course blame it on the kiosk department. That of course you can't speak to because they are so backed up. Upon calling the XXXX branch I asked to speak to the manager. I was after asking who she was I realized, she wasn't a manager, so then she put me on the phone with XXXX who claimed he was a floor supervisor, he said he was the highest in the call center. So I asked him really so he pays the people in this center. He responded yes. In which we know he doesn't. Son I know he is lieing. All this because. All I wanted and asked for after investing XXXX into this tablet. Was for me to be able to speak to the trouble shooting team, that aren't available they hit generic buttons all day that tell the XXXX to do a hard reboot, as a consumer in the United States it's my right after investing XXXX in a refurbished tablet. Ti be able to ask for the number of the people claiming they are going to fix my tablet. I shouldn't have to wait 15 days. I don't want to hear it's a courtesy from the state of New York. This is just JPay XXXX is another issue. I'm not even able to link my own personal bank account ti my phone account and no one can figure out why. I have to go pay with a pre paid card every time. No answer. I want a phone call and a solution to all these problems or I would like all my money back from this tablet. I'm paying for a service I'm not getting.
