I had a credit balance on my Macy 's credit account. This credit balance is shown on my XXXX statement. The following month on my XXXX statement, it shows that Macy 's charged off my credit balance. The is a message on my XXXX statement that acknowledges my credit balance and that I have four months to use the credit on my account. I contacted Macy 's Customer Service and they informed me that they charged interest on my XXXX balance account, therefore taking my credit balance. This is not legal nor true according to my statements. I can provide my statements if needed to resolve this matter. Taking my credit balance in 30 days is wrong and I would like to rectify this matter and refund my money. Thanks.
