Consumer Narrative
I emailed Fedloan twice requesting a refund of a payment made during the pause period, and I still have gotten no response. I reached out on XX/XX/XXXX and again on XX/XX/XXXX but still haven't heard back from anyone. I made a payment of {$50.00} on XX/XX/XXXX and I'd like to have it refunded. The timing is somewhat urgent since my loans are getting transferred and I'd really prefer to do this before my account leaves Fedloan- it's unclear if I will be able to get a refund from my new servicer. I really dislike how Fedloan customer service seems to be nonexistent at this point.
