I applied with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX in an attempt to open an account. I received a Notice of Action Taken-Notice of Action Based on Information Contained in a Consumer Report ChexSystems ). However, I have attempted multiple times to retain report via online and phone calls with unsuccessful attempts. I have included FTC reports of identity theft and other banking institution so that I can open up an account. I have also reported this information to the CFPB due to the difficulty of obtaining reports and or customer service since XX/XX/2021.
