From XXXX XXXX I engaged in refinancing my mortgage loan to XXXX XXXX XXXX company. My previous lender Carrington Mort. Services is reporting no data payments from XX/XX/XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX this time frame my mortgage was in a forbearance status due to the unforeseen Pandemic period and I was also on a military XXXX. Upon returning from my XXXX I paid almost XXXX to close my forbearance and be current with my mortgage. Carrington took 2 billing cycles to get me out of forbearance, this complicated my refinancing and when ask to provide a payoff quote Carrington drag their feet and cause my closing date to delay with XXXX. This causing a late payment on my Credit report for XX/XX/XXXX. I did pay the payment one day late but at their fault, for not providing payoff on a timely matter which had made the closing on the refinance on time. I tried a couple dispute with XXXX with no success at all.
