On XX/XX/XXXX I notified my bank, Chase, that there was a fraudulent transaction executed via XXXX impacting my checking account. {$1800.00} was stolen out of my account via XXXX. The fraudster hacked into my my computer, into my account, created a payee, and immediately executed a zelle payment. I was notified by the Chase system after which I immediately called and notified Chase, as it still showed " pending '' on my online view. Chase said that they will investigate. Come to learn now that Chase has ruled against their customer ( me ) and has refused to protect me, and refused to credit the money back that was stolen. I pleaded with them that despite it technically showing it was done via my computer ( which must have been hacked into ) and from the normal location ... that I did not know the recipient ( payee ), never authorized the transaction, called immediately notifying ... and nothing in my history shows any transaction of this nature, this amount, nor payment to this payee ever ( thus was totally inconsistent with past payment behavior ) ... Chase refused to budge and still deny, support, protection and consideration for their customer. Thus refuse to credit back stolen funds.
