My name : XXXX XXXX Ph # XXXX email : XXXX Name on Account : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Citibank XXXX NY Branch Date promotional deposit of {$100000.00} made : XX/XX/XXXX I made a deposit of {$100000.00} into my above Citibank on XX/XX/XXXX under the Citibank promotional deposit scheme that {$1500.00} will be credited into my account after XXXX months and if money remains in the account for 6 months. The money has remained in the account for over 1 year ( actually money balance is still {$100000.00} in the account as of date XX/XX/XXXX ), but Citibank refuses to honor their commitment to credit me with the promotional amount of {$1500.00} into my account. I have contacted XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX Citibank XXXX, NY Branch repeatedly for over 9 months now, but she refuses to credit the {$1500.00} promotional fee amount. She keeps saying " matter is escalated '' for last 6 months ( after initial complaint ) now, and I feel that this is going beyond normal and routine delay. Please help me get the {$1500.00} promotional fee that they advertised they will pay, and ask them to honor their commitment, after keeping my {$100000.00} for over one year now. Thank you.
