I am a natural living man. I am a human being. I have rights under 15 U.S.C. 1681 XXXX and CITICARDS CBNA is governed by 15 USC 1681 and they have violated my rights numerous of times. I demand this account be removed due to the following reasons. XXXX and CITICARDS CBNA has erroneously since 2019 reported negative and false information to my credit report. This entity is reporting a charge off account monthly on my credit report. I have asked them on multiple dates to provide verification of account but they have ignored my consumer rights and requests and proceeded to report this inaccurate data. According to 15 USC 1681 : I have the right to accuracy and privacy and I did not give XXXX nor CITICARDS CBNA written permission to furnish this account. Account Numbered # XXXX
