I have a claim that is ongoing and received a temporary credit. I was told to sign documents that I never received to continue the claim. Since, I have submitted documents however, the temporary credit was withdrawn from my other account that is not associated with the claim. I have never filed a claim under this account and the temporary credit was not deposited into my newer account.
