I am trying to arrange a balance transfer and need by full account number. Best Buy/Citi will not provide it, nor direct me to person with that authority. Statement only has last found numbers. I do not have the physical card as they had closed it out a while back and I shredded card. They say they can not give me a new card, as they had closed it. I made all payments and want to pay off last {$1100.00}. I asked XXXX, the supervisor, who there could or could tell me who to talk to and he hung up ( he said there was no one above him in organization I could speak with ). I just need my account number, please.
