XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX has been disputed from my credit report for years and consistently asked to supply contract signed by me, with my drivers license, GPS location and they have NEVER supplied requested validation of debts, vehicle/s with loan attached was not only apart of divorce in which my ex husband was assigned the debt but also car/s was repossessed and nothing else is owed. They have continuously violated my FCRA AND VIOLATED CONSUMER LAWS by either NOT providing me with requested debt validation or removing their accounts from all of the credit bureaus on my credit file. Proffered Lease, XXXX XXXX, have been reporting negatively on my credit reports for over a year and asked a dozen times to supply DEBT VALIDATION including, contracts, Id, GPS location and consent to service and have never supplied requested debt validation. They have repeatedly violated my FCRA rights and have been sent documentation noting these accounts were fraudulently obtained by my XXXX ex husband with out my consent or knowledge, Ive provided a court order signed by a judge acknowledging that these debts do not belong to me and they have not stopped reporting these negative accounts. I am demanding XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX & Preferred Lease remove these fraudulent accounts from my credit profiles with ALL consumer agencies as well as all three major credit bureaus immediately and to cease any further negative reporting permanently. But not supplying me with requested Debt validation documents within 30 days of disputes through all major credit reporting agencies they have violated my consumer rights by law.
