I ended up losing my card about two weeks ago and Citi gave me a virtual number to use while I waited for my card. Made purchase and the scam company then locked my account. Date : XX/XX/XXXX Price : {$610.00} I called and they didn't really understand XXXX process of replacement card number, original acount ( that was lost ), and XXXX Virtual number. I used the Viritual number then later I merchant locked me out of my account. They don't help on the phone either,
