on XX/XX/2022 at XXXX PST a fraudulent charge of {$900.00} was made on my CitiBank credit card by a fictitious business ( XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ) of XXXX XXXX OR with a stolen XXXX and a cloned card that was " activated '' twice an hour prior. REPORTED the crime, Locked my account, and DISPUTED fraudulent charge with Card company same day, but later processed the payment and says a " XXXX XXXX '' was used, and erroneously claimed that I am responsible for the full amount, regardless. (?!? ) Red flags : ( XXXX ) that the " cloned '' card ( by Shimming or emulating a stolen XXXX number ) was activated twice at XXXX - and the {$900.00} charge an hour later- I reported the fraudulent charge with the CitiCard fraud Dept - and that my XXXX was locked in a safe and I was asleep, over XXXX miles away from said location when said transaction took place. ( XXXX ) stolen card number was activated twice at XXXX - and a charge ( processed as " in-store '' ) was done at XXXX. ( XXXX ) the fictitious business has no physical garage location - no listed number - no website - and no reviews ( online or otherwise ) - the business does not exist except on paper. ( XXXX ) Investigation reported to Portland.gov - FTC XXXX Dept of Justice - Police Dept - State Attorney Generals Office - shows that the suspect ( listed owner of XXXX registered business ) has a string of felonies for XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX
