I was subjected to fraud when I send my money through XXXX which is an appt inside my bank account. I contacted the bank more than one time because this was not my false, there was a defect in chase system that allowed the thief to trick me. And I lost {$570.00}, XXXX of them was not my fault at all. Then chase said they do have any control on XXXX, but they are still their partner. Then on my email, I received an email from Chase advertising for XXXX. They are very rude in speaking to me
