I spoke with consumer service with Citibank about them closing my account. Their reason was that I made three insufficient funds returns. I would like to say that I have never had this happen before so for a company to closed my account was stocking and they didnt even reach out to me regarding this account prior to closing. Citibank is the worse. I history with this credit card shows I have always pay ahead of time. They held my payment for over two weeks and just notified me XX/XX/2022 when I send the payment on XX/XX/2022 ( why ) yesterday about the non payment. This company is the poorest company ever and they dont need to be allowed to stay in business with this poor service.
