Hello! My name is XXXX XXXX I am a customer with bank of america and have a complaint already filed with your agency however new development occurred the bank retaliated against me after I notified your agency of their mishandling of XXXX transaction a online transfer not performed by me or anyone on account the BOA system has had alot of glitches and unauthorized transfers with other customers their is currently a class action lawsuit in California with BOA and XXXX for this issue. All BOA says it was a scam and fraud and have mistreated me in the processXXXX has stated same thing and refuses to refund the money to account They tell me account is frozen it holds XXXX in their denying me access to my account blocked user log in and pass words treating me as a criminal this alone is defamatory in nature. My account should not be closed or frozen. XXXX was notified and they say its bank of america not them.XXXX is responsible for performing a unauthorized transaction I never used XXXX or created accounts with them. I keep getting a run around I message BOA on XXXX and they keep saying a specialist assigned to the claim will contact me noone does. This is unethical slanderous and defamatory to my character. How can a bank operate like this. I tried every attempt to fix my bank account and restore in good standing the bank refuses to work with me instead of going after XXXX and the scammer they targeted me the victim and deny me access to my account. My account number is XXXX also the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX unauthorized to a person shown on the transaction XXXX.. I never performed this transaction me or anyone on account has never used XXXX in all our years with bank of america.another issue is their XXXX XXXX is malfunctioning I've taken screen shots it keeps send in notifications of you may have been charged more than once for same transaction and it shows 2 same transactions this causes claims to be disputed. It's a mess .. please assist me with straightening this matter and reaching a resolution with boa.. NONE OF US PERFORMED ANY XXXX TRANSACTION! NONE OF US COLLECTED ANY FUNDS FROM XXXX!!! XXXX is XXXX percen liable for this and boa is as well for allowing XXXX access to accounts.
