Dispute ID : XXXX Date Amount Description XX/XX/2022 {$710.00} XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX has on their website that they will send a free return shipping label if merchandise is damaged or defective. XXXX refused to send me a return shipping label to send this item back. I sent pictures to CITI with the damaged item, I got a monitor that had a screen crack in it. I also sent pictures showing XXXXXXXX XXXX return policy. XXXX is violating their own return policy by not sending me a return label. Citi closed the dispute against me saying : We previously requested necessary information from you concerning this dispute. We did not receive proof you returned the merchandise and details of how the merchandise was defective or otherwise unsuitable. I sent in information showing XXXXXXXX XXXX policy is to send me a return label. THey never sent one so I can't send it back. I sent in photos and the statement that the monitor was damaged. There is a large crack in the monitor screen. I did everything asked of me. I want my {$710.00} back. I am very unhappy with Citi who I have used for many years.
