I want to lodge a complaint against Chase for the horrible support I've received after finding out my account was restricted due to a technical issue with a check made out to me. After 2 weeks and 30+ calls to resolve, they made it worse. One check is now on hold and now {$16000.00} of mine is gone and a savings account is closed. I need to speak with an executive manager about how I've been treated and discuss resolutions and reparations for the time spent and plans that have had to cancel due to having to deal with this. I've lodged XXXX, CFPB complaints, tried escalating at my local branch, tried escalating online, through the XXXX help account, through the XXXX number, to no avail. No one cares about helping to resolve this. We have XXXX credit scores and I'm being treated like some sort of criminal. All attempts at resolution from myself have been without any result from Chase. They are not doing anything to assist.
