I deposited a legit check from XXXX XXXX and chase froze my entire account because they refused to verify check, this cause a stop in all transactions and the account to go negative it cost me several transactions. They had to right to say the check is fraud when it is a legit check, when I called to solve the problem the first lady was so rude I was in tears, then I got a manager and she kept apologizing says XXXX XXXX is closed They can't do anything, I am XXXX disabled this affected me badly and caused XXXX XXXX with XXXX XXXX, I couldn't breath normal for 2 days. All because they were to lazy to verify check and instead froze my account.
