Yestarday i try to made a wire transfer for XXXX they cancel and lock my online acces when i already send a transfer to the same person the other day i call to resolve it but the persons that i talk to say they cant verify me when they call me back to the number register in my profile i rspond the questions that they ask and at the end told me go to a branch and disconect the call for me is complicated to step on a branch because im in XXXX and i cant cross to the USA
