On XX/XX/2022 I called Citi to ask if I had fulfilled all my obligations to receive this benefot and was told yes, and that points would be deposited in my XXXX account shortly. On XX/XX/ 2022 I called back to inquire about the points not having been deposited and was told that I also needed to keep a balance for a 60 day period - which was not something I was informed of on XX/XX/XXXX.
