I have been trying to resolve this issue with Citibank for a Wayfair XXXX for the past 7 weeks. Rewards are not posting to my Rewards account balance and I get a different answer every time I call. The terms and conditions of the card are not being met and I would like it fixed. When I opened this card in XXXX, my rewards were posted the day after my XXXX statement date. My rewards earned on Wayfair purchases were posted according to the terms and conditions but Citibank has not posted my rewards since the XXXX statement. The numerous calls I have made to Citibank have all been fruitless. I get shuffled from one department to another or they try to deflect blame back to Wayfair. Numerous times it has been sent to their offline team and I have had no call backs, follow ups, and received one piece of correspondence indicating their interest rates ( which had nothing to do with the over the phone complaint ). They deemed this matter as resolved. That is inaccurate.
