I ordered facial cream from XXXX to try their product for free if I paid shipping cost of {$6.00} I received a charge of {$44.00} on my Citi credit card from this company on XXXX and did NOT notice the extra charge as I was paying many bills from XXXX spending I received a bill XX/XX/22 for {$270.00} from the same company and called Citicard to cancel this card as I received no communication from them and agreed to nothing to warrant these charges I received a new card from Citicard My new card had the same charge of {$270.00} on XX/XX/22 and I called Citicard and they told me that I lost the dispute so the charge was still owed I did NOT give my permission or card number to the cosmetic company I was NOT part of the dispute I tried to reach the cosmetic company but the phone number provided by Citicard was a company that denied they had charged this amount I couldnt reach anyone at Citicard that would help me with this problem
