Last Wednesday my account suddenly showed XXXX balance. I called up immediately the bank and was told a legal order came in for nearly {$2900.00}. I requested a copy of the legal order but I could not get it. I do not have any inconvenience with any lender, except a problem I experienced with my health insurance ( provided by my then Employer ) that failed ( filed bankruptcy ) in XXXX and did not reimburse me over {$240000.00} in medical bills ( I was entitled to ) and spent to save my wife 's life. A legal proceeding is ongoing and my attorneys are taking care of this case! This legal order is likely connected to an amount of approx. {$12000.00} due to one lender ( a private company I am not aware of ). I also understand that some medical debt is being removed from US credit reports. However, my medical debt ( generated by my failed health insurance ) still showing on my credit report. My attorneys will be writing soon to all rating companies to write off this debt! I am not responsible for this debt and the bank should reinstate my balance and refuse the legal order. The account is under my name and my son and the legal order is not applicable! My son has nothing to do with it!
