On XX/XX/XXXX we have found out that our credit card ( Chase Sapphire XXXX ending XXXX, issued by Chase Bank, anual fee {$95.00} ) was closed by the bank. We have lost XXXX accumulative reword points ( worth about {$680.00} dollars ). We callled the Bank card service XXXX and got no resolution. They told us it was clased by the bank in XXXX and we lost all the points. We went to local branch office on XX/XX/XXXX at the XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, CA XXXX The bank XXXX told us that Chase has sent us a notice on XXXX/XXXX/XXXX. We told the officer that we have not recived any letter from Chase for the closure. The XXXX said that he will as a internal followup. Later we have used the XXXX secured Email to ask for a copy of the letter they sent to us about the closure. On XX/XX/XXXX, they responded that Chase automatically closed our account due to " BANK POLICY ''. It is very unfair to us without notifying us about the closure and made us lost the {$680.00} worth of the points. Please help. Th Bank is Chase and the Crad is SAPPHIRE XXXX Card We had the card from XXXX.
