Hi Old Navy CC ; SynCB ; I'm little confused that you even allowed to mark me late on XXXX & XX/XX/2021 for 30 days last during XXXX. I was actually shocked today when i reviewed my credit report from all major credit bureaus and noticed those late payments as mentioned. I am not sure how this happened, but I believe that i made the payment as required on the dates stated and noticed that you took it from my bank account when i received my statements. My only other thoughts are that my monthly statements did not get to me on time.
