I received a product I did not order, it was a phone system. I contacted the company, they refused to budge, so I disputed it with the credit card company Citi bank and they would not budge. So I cancelled the credit card company, cancelled the bank account and filed a dispute with the credit card companies that determine credit rating. Everyone has said I need to pay. Why should I have to pay for something I did not order or want. My credit card rating went from XXXX down to XXXX. It really does not affect me as I have all the credit I need and do not carry anything over as I pay everything off each month. However if I am treated this way, how many others are also being treated as I have been, being ignored on the facts presented.
