Two charges were disputed 1. Was to XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX for XXXX XXXX. Was XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX for XXXX. I disputed both these transaction as fraud. Goldman Sachs did not file the dispute for either charge when I called. They issued me new card numbers when I called in XXXX and XXXX. I had to call back again on XX/XX/XXXX to find out no dispute had been submitted. On XX/XX/XXXX a representative told me they had not been submitted. I transferred to a supervisor who changed the story and told me they had, but couldnt explain why I hadnt received any information on the dispute.
