I am a member of chase bank, I use XXXX for purchases for bills and all things of that nature. On XXXX XXXX, I was a victim of a XXXX scam. I was promised XXXX on stud services for my XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXor {$3100.00}. The payment was split in XXXX. XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX the other on the XXXX and the one on the XXXX was for a fake shipping fee they sent me using a website called XXXXXXXX My bank hasnt refunded my money back and I know by law they have to this is not right! I need your help please!! I have messages from the dude who scammed me to where he stopped texting me after I asked over and over for a refund back from him he sent false shipping information to me about the service I wanted for my XXXX XXXX XXXX! I XXXX XXXX for a living not scam people out there hard earned money! The bank has yet to let me know if they can reverse the funds from this scammer I need help!
