I have been trying to get a hold of Bank of America for 3 weeks to resolve fraudulent charges on my card. This card was never activated and the charges are identical in nature after three rounds of canceling and reissuing a card card. Charges are coming from XXXX. There must have been a massive data breach that was not shared with customers. I know of other people affected in the same way by Bank of America.
