Portfolio Recovery did not listen to my request to do not call my place of employment and they proceeded to call again on XX/XX/2022 at XXXXXXXX XXXX. This is a violation according to15 USC 1692c : Also, Portfolio Recovery has sued me and taken me to court and the judge dismissed the case due to Portfolio not proving that I owed the debt and they did not show up.
