I sent in a XXXX request to have my PMI removed at the end of XXXX to JP Morgan Chase. I called to make a payment for this request over the phone on XX/XX/22 and was told this payment was linked to my request. I called again on XX/XX/22 since I had not received a call from an appraiser and was told my request had not been put in. I was then told that my request would be escalated and was given a confirmation #. I received a letter from Chase on XX/XX/22 stating my request had been received and if I did not receive call in 7 days to call Chase. I did not receive a call in 7 days and called again on XX/XX/22 and was told my request was never escalated despite my confirmation #. I was told it would again be escalated and that the agent would contact me in 2 business days by XX/XX/22 after reaching out to the processor on the case. I have still not received a call from an appraiser or the agent on the case and she would not provide me with any contact information for the processor of the case or anyone else involved in the case such as the vendor for the appraisal or the company who handles the PMI.
