I was pre-approved through XXXX XXXX ... I applied this morning on XX/XX/XXXX ... it says I was denied due to having a duplicate application .... I called and a representative said I applied XX/XX/XXXX... It says you can't apply within 30 days ... 30 days from XX/XX/XXXX would have been XX/XX/XXXX ... Today is the XXXX... She told me they go by a different calendar so I would have to wait till XX/XX/XXXX .... That is 60 days from XX/XX/XXXX. She was so rude and wouldn't transfer me to a supervisor!! She said she had no way to!! They kept telling me to call back later due to system updates!! This company has been blowing up my email with pre-approvals and offers!! And then they can't even let me speak to a representative that will help me!
