Consumer Narrative

An automatic payment for {$2400.00} failed on XX/XX/22 and the failure was corrected ( balance paid in full, plus extra ) on the same day through 2 payments ( XXXX and {$1000.00} ). The company ( Goldman Sachs ) charged interest totally {$56.00} for the balance of the missed payment. Goldman Sachs representatives refused to acknowledge that our payments made them whole on the same day that I was aware of the missed payment and refused to remove the interest charges.
