I have a chase auto loan that i started in XXXX of XXXX for a XXXX XXXX. This is my first car loan/lease so i was adamant that i wanted to have everything setup correctly. i made my first payment on the lease and then setup reoccuring autopayments as i wanted to be a responsible lease recipient and build my good credit history for the future. This auto repayment did not engage and in the second or third month of the lease i received a call informing me that i was past due. i made the past due payments with additional fees charged to me as a result of the late payments and setup auto payments again to recurr every month. This once again did not come into effect. and i was for a second time charged with additional late fees as a result of some issue with the billing on chase 's side. i asked the support person why i had not received any notice of this and the company had put me on a cease and desist list. This is wholey and entirely chase 's faulty for repeatedly reassuring me that my auto payments would work and that they would contact me if there were issues, which they did not, instead i was given no notices and never contacted. I enjoy my car and pay for it but i am getting scammed by my lease company, Chase Auto finance, because their system continually reverts the options i make to keep my account in good standing.
