XX/XX/2021, I applied for modification. It was approved, but payments are unaffordable for my income. I am currently in the process of applying for another modification. They wanted {$960.00} payment and my income is {$2000.00} per month on mine and my husbands social security and pension. We have a car payment and rented apartment temporarily because water is off at the house because of an unaffordable needed repair. We also had to rent storage facility and furniture because we thought they were going to take the house, but they have not.
