On XX/XX/XXXX the following charges labeled XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX CA were posted to my XXXX XXXX XXXX by Elan Financial Services XXXX 14 transactions at {$200.00} each 1 transaction at {$50.00} Total {$2800.00} The merchant category per my Elan statement was Heat Plumbing A/C. These were fraudulent charges as I did not request, authorize or receive any services related to these transactions. I contacted Elan, told them these charges were fraudulent and they credited my account on XX/XX/XXXX, cancelled my card and re-issued me a new card. Then on XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX, Elan reinstated {$2200.00} to my account saying After careful review, we have verified the transaction ( s ) was authorized, and you received benefit from the transaction ( s ). I have contacted Elan by phone and asked them to remove these fraudulent charges on XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX and XXXX. Each time, the representative told me that they would have a manager call me to discuss but they never did. I also requested Elan to provide their documentation that I allegedly received these transactions which they agreed to send me but have not done so. Elan Financial Services wont respond to me so I need your assistance to have these fraudulent charges removed from my account. Thank you.
