Hi- as per ChaseXXXX XXXX XXXX, I was offered 3 paid nights at participating XXXX XXXX. I am attaching the screenshot from my Chase XXXX XXXX I read all the terms and I am complying with them. However, I have not been allocated those nights. When I called Chase and XXXX customer service, they both didnt have any clue. I spent hours on the call. I also sent an email to XXXX and I havent gotten response in 5 days. Thank you in advance for your help. I can provide additional documents if needed.
