My car was repossessed on XX/XX/XXXX which is against the law and without my consent. I have spoken to the supervisor and sent emails following that date about the violation that they have committed against me according to congressional law 15 USC 1692f ( 6 ) ( b ). That clearly states in fine print that there is no present right to possession of the property claimed as collateral through enforceable security interest. They are also in direct violation of 15 USC 1635 that states when an obligor exercises the right to rescind under subsection ( a ) he is not liable for any finance or other charge, and any security interest given by the obligor under this section. The creditor shall provide ; in accordance with the regulations of the bureau, appropriate forms for the obligor to exercise the right to rescind any transaction subject to this section.
