AFTER MAKING NUMEROUS PAYMENTS TO B & F XXXX AND MAKING ARRANGMENTS AFTER DUE TO XXXX AND INFORMING THEM I WAS IN DESPERATE TIMES DUE TO A DEATH DUE TO XXXX AND HAVING TO PAY FOR AN UNEXPECTED FUNERAL DUE TO XXXX DEATH. B & F CONTINUED TO CALL ME NON-STOP AFTER TELLING THEM IT WAS NOT A GOOD TIME THEY CONTINUED TO CALL NON STOP ON MY WOR PHONE AND CELL PHONE. THEY THEN CALLED MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS AND INFORMED THEM OF MY PERSONAL ISSUES WHEN MY FAMILY ALREADY KNEW OF MY FAMILY PROBLEMS DUE TO XXXX AND THE DEATH OF A FAMILY MEMEBER THAT WAS A CONTRIBUTING PERSON TO MY HOUSEHOLD. THEY EXPOSED ALL PERSONAL INFORMATION ON A RECORDED LINE TO FAMILY AND FRIENDS BECAUSE THEY THOUGHT I WAS LYING ABOUT MY SITUATION. AFTER THIS I HAD TO EMAIL THEM A CEASE AND DESIST TO STOP ALL COMMUNICATION AND THE HARRASSMENT. THEY WERE PUTTING ME UNDER DURRESS AS A CUNSUMER
