During the Pause of all student loan repayments, this company stated that My student loans were too old to fall under the stop. When I tried to dispute this they told me there was nothing they could due, because of the way the law was written. I did some research and found out that they lied to me. There was no date put on what student loans were supposed to be paused. They have been charging me interest and late fees for the entire time the Pandemic Loan pause has been in place.
